On a related note, how do I resize the picture horizontally? I opened the
monitor, licked my fingers, then touched all exposed metal parts, but
couldn't find a horizontal size adjustment to complement the vertical size
adjustment. Is there such a beast?
 
It is a Goldstar monitor (the ugly ones) from early in '88. SM125, I believe.
