I have never seen >code that could really pull this off, but I have heard about it being done. Well All this Babbling about making a Program Pirate Proof, Here's What ya Do. Have the Program read Data files offa the Disk as it needs them, (at each level ect..) and have it Chewck COPY protection (Disk based) (Or my favorite manual) each time, thus ya snap Shot the prog Fine, Wait till it needs the next level,Sound,screen,ect... there ya Happy, now ya can Defeat ONE use of the SS cartridge. This is the reason i havent Bought a SS cart "Thingie" for my amiga, The games often Check Prot Several times/or use files. (If they just checked ONCE the Device Sould Work Fine..) Well Just My babbling to Counter your Babbling... . -- yorkw@stable.ecn.purdue.edu Willis F York ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This Space For Rent....
