Lines: 16 Well, we have a nice shiny DECsystem 5000 in for evaluation. It's a brand new machine, so I said "sure, we'll load Ultrix ourselves". After hooking up the console (gee, why did they hide the instructions for doing that off in some dinky little side manual instead of in the main instructions?), I plunked my Ultrix 4.0 TK50 in the drive and did a "boot -f tz(0,5)". Hmmm, what's this error message? ?STX: boot [many options, none of them -f] But my 4.0 docs *and* the DEC*station* 5000 documentation say to boot this way! The system is only here till tomorrow afternoon. Help!
