Message-ID: Date: 21 Sep 90 15:38:39 GMT Organization: Information Technology Center, Carnegie Mellon, Pittsburgh, PA Lines: 13 A friend of mine gave me an hp-41cv that doesn't work (it doesn't even turn on), and I want to get it repaired. Reading the manual suggests that I can just send it in to the address given at HP, but says I need to send an "hp-41 System Service Card" along with it; I can't find anything with that label in the stuff with the calculator. So does anyone know what it is, and hopefully how I can get one? I'm assuming, of course, that hp still repairs old calculators; should I call them first or something? Thanks, -Miles
