Thanks for any help... You haven't told us what host computer you are using. It does at least appear to be some flavor of Unix. If it is HP-UX, we don't officially support PostScript printing via the spooler yet. You at least need a "-oraw" option to the spooler, and you may also need to modify the spooler to suppress transmission of some printer control stuff like E hard resets, which probably confuse PostScript. If the printer is hooked up via serial, you might might try hooking the cable to an HP terminal, and watch the link traffic with DISPLAY FUNCTIONS enable to may the control characters visible.
