I'm planning on getting some sort of VGA-NTSC converter/GenLock board.

So far, I've read the most about the US Video board with the
GenLock option.  I was wondering if anybody out there might know
of other boards and could send me any info.  The list of items
which I consider important follows:

Quality of the NTSC signal
Quality of the GenLock overlays.
Ability to be used as a frame grabber.
Color key changing.
And, of course, cost.

I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me.
