The version of Instant Recall you have is now sold as Memory Mate by Broderbund software. It should be available from any decent place which sells software. I never ran into a file size limitation with Instant Recall. The biggest difference I noticed was that Memory Mate will accept wildcard arguments in a search. Also note that there is now a commercial product called Instant Recall.
