Hope I will be more successful this time. I need to mount a hard disk partition on an IBM RS/6000 running AIX on a PC so that it can appear to be a local hard disk to the PC. Can anyone out there advise me how to go about doing this? Both the PC and RS/6000 have ethernet connections. I think that it will have to be something similar to PC-NFS for Suns but I am not sure what. Ofcourse, public domain solutions are my first choice. If I figure this out, a summary would follow. Please email the responses as I don't normally follow these newsgroups. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Ravi Sinha | As usual, the opinions here Northwestern University | are mine, and only mine. ravi@earth.ce.nwu.edu | Who'd want to claim these anyway?
