  I called Aldus just last week and the scoop on the Personal LaserWriter
NT APD is that Apple has refused to write one, so the people at Aldus
are taking on the task of coming up with one.  As of last week, they
were waiting to get a printer so that they could test their APD...

  Final word is that you should go with Darren's suggestion, or deal with
the dialog box every time you print...  Don't hold your breath for the
APD, but one is in the works...
