I have been asked a question which I cannot answer and would like help from
anyone who can help.

What are the differences/relative merit of the different graphic file formats
for pictures?  Is EPS better than PICT or TIFF?  Can you use only certain
types in different applications (such as Word 4.0)?

The person who asked this is working with Freehand.
