Three games that I consider essential for Mac enthusiast:

    Glider+3.0   - Fly a paper airplane through a series of rooms while
                   trying to avoid various obstacles.
    Glypha 2.0   - A take off on the arcade game Joust.
    Pararena 1.1 - You are a futuristic athlete placed in a arena shaped like 
                   a bowl.  Your task is to capture the ball and score goals.
                   Fast paced action game where gravity plays an important role.

All three of these games are shareware ($8.00) and written by:
