It had intermitant problems for the first year. It finally got on my nerve, and I send it back to Relax. They promptly replaced the power supply, which was the source of the problem. It functioned fine ever since. However, I use SilverLining to format the cartriages. Point : Their Quality check may need more work, but Customer Service is responsi ve. P.S. Does any one know what to do with a crashed SyQuest Cartriage, I've used it for a year, so I doubt Manufacture will take it back
