View, CA (415) 960-7300 Lines: 15 My printer port on my MacPlus suddenly stopped working. I noticed when I tried to transmit Midi stuff on it through an interface. I also tried to use other hookups to the port and they didn't work, so I know it's the Mac, not the other stuff (because it worked okay through the modem port). Q: Will I have to take this in for repair, or can I fix myself? I have people at work who can do hardware, but if it's too involved, then probably not ( like you need schematics, etc). But if a repair place is gonna replace the entire board, then maybe I feel like doin' it myself after all. thanks for any tips, etc. Peter D
