We do NOT have a printer for it. It would be nice to have some color prints or transparencies for talks. I have an Okimate 20 wax transfer printer which will do the job nicely (good color reproduction and saturation, makes transparencies), but it has a parallel (25-pin) IBM style interface. I want to hook this up to the Mac IIx and I want to know how this is done. The manuals I have mention that the Mac printer port is serial and that only printers such as the Imagewriter or LaserJet will work easily. How can I hook up the Okimate 20 to this Mac IIx??? PLEASE EMAIL ALL RESPONSES SINCE I DO NOT READ THIS NEWSGROUP ON A REGULAR BASIS. Thanks, Scott Sutherland sutherla@qtp.ufl.edu
