Two (unrelated) questions:

When a card is opened I would like to move the cursor to the end of
the text stored in a field.  How can I do this?  I thought the tabKey
message would do it but this selects the text in the next field.

I need to record time related information and it appears that there
are not always 60 ticks in a second.  How accurate is the time via
"the time" and "the ticks"?  Is the variation dependent on machine
type or processing?
