Shouldn't be a problem, BUT: the Postscript files are generated at home, the printer is at the office. I convert the files to MSDOS-text files, read them on a PC with Ethernet and put them on a Unix SysV system. The above seems to work, I get sound looking files on the Unix system. When I spool the files to the Laserwriter (using the raw PS device) the LaserWriter send me an email response: Offending command: setdefaulttimeouts. This command can be found in the LaserPrep code just below %%BeginProcSet I have used Xpress to select a LaserWriter II on the Mac, the LaserPrep is version #68, the LaserWriter driver is V5.2 Who can help me on this one?
