I'm looking for a utility to convert Mac 'snd ' resources into Sun's Sparcstation format. I really don't want to mess with the gory details myself, and there must be someone who has written some source and is generous enough to pass it on. Ideally, I'd like to store the sounds in some type of "universal format", and have my sound servers translate this data to match the requirements of a particular client (Mac, Sparc, Next) on the fly. Is there such a format? ...I know there probably isn't, but I can't help but hope. Thanks, David A. Lowe dale@cs.Stanford.EDU
