No, it does not.  NeXTStep v2.0 contains the fast rasterizer found in
the PostScript Language Level 2 but not the language extensions.

Q. When will NeXTStep have the Level 2 extensions?
A. I have absolutely no idea when it will encompass Level 2, but we can
   only hope for the next release of NeXTStep 8-).
