Large improvment, leaves space on the connector for RTS/CTS.

Looking at the man pages on a NextStation, it looks like RTS/CTS hardware
flow control is suppored in the new release of the operating system 
(on 68040 systems only, the older system doesn't have CTS/RTS available on
the connector).
