What is the standard? Message-ID: <111266@tiger.oxy.edu> Date: 25 Sep 90 15:33:37 GMT Organization: Occidental College, Los Angeles, CA 90041 Lines: 11 I know that the NeXT box uses as its OOP environment Objective C as opposed to C++ or something else. The question I have is: where is there a book that gives the specifications for Objective C? I am not interested in the NeXT specific version, rather, I am interested in the "generic" blase boring Objective C that one can run on any machine (assuming, of course that there is a compiler for that machine...). Any pointers to this would be greatly appreciated, as always. David Harr wirehead@oxy.edu
