Does anyone know if the last three octets of a SUNS ethernet address can
be used to determine the machine type?  If so, what are the ranges and
types that I can map with?

[[Ed's Note: Generally, the first couple of octets are used to denote a
specific manafacturer, and the last few are just used sequentially to
guarantee that each device has a different number. I think you'd be hard
pressed to make any kind of device identification beyond it's manafacturer
based on ethernet address. -bdg]]
