I've a document documenting the escape sequences for xterm, the X11 vt100 emulator. Since I've written a fairly complete NextStep terminal emulator, I know that the codes are right, and most of them are there (well, I've not exhaustively covered it :-] ). I'd be willing to mail this document or make it ftp'able.
