I don't know whether this is the right place to ask this question. I
am sorry if another newsgroup exist for it.

Is there any software/dictionary available anywhere which takes
an word of any language given above ( see Subject) written in
english and outputs an english word having the same meaning.

Such a system is available as a desktop unit commercially. So
I was wondering if something equivalent to this is in any
pd site.
