I'd like to pop a question to those reading comp.theory or arpa.theory:
Has anyone else been using the data structures that Bob Tarjan, et. al
in any actual applications?  If so, I would be interested in comparing
notes.  Of the various heaps and splay trees that have been in journals,
I seem to have used top-down splay trees predominantly and may in the
near future apply pairing heaps.  Any comments, anyone?
