I've been having a problem with mounting my 300 meg drive in A/UX 2.0
perhaps someone knows of this problem:

I have installed A/UX on an 80meg Quantum which seems to work fine.
I wanted to create a partition on an external 300meg drive for /user.

I used Silverlining 5.25/11 to format and partition for /user.
Whenever A/UX tries to write/read to the drive, there is a 
disk write scsi timeout error.  Has anyone else experienced a similiar
problem or know of a solution to this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
