i have a disk partitioned as 30M dos, 130M unix running ISC 2.2. to avoid 
jumping back & forth into vpix, i mounted the dos partition 
 
	# /etc/mount -f DOS /dev/dsk/0p1 /c

i created a directory, moved files into it, deleted the files. but when i 
issued the rm command it panic'd right away. sorry i dont have an kernel
message. this is an avoidable problem, just seems strange.
