Leffler et al's BSD book gives the process-priority formulae (pp.86ff),
but there's no way a process with positive PUSER and p_nice can have
a negative p_prio with those eqn's (in fact, it's stated that 4.3bsd
clamps the upper limit to 127 as well).  However, Ultrix' numbers
are often negative, sometimes _very_ negative (~-25) even for heavily-
niced processes.

Could someone show Ultrix' formulae for process priority?
