	Make sure that the file type is set to binary and that the
	parity is set to whatever the unix machine connection works
	on. I had a similar problem once when I did not set the parity
	to even. To do this, on the unix machine :
	Kermit> set file type binary
	Kermit> set parity even
	After I did this, all my kermit file transfers were successful
	with zero retries.
