Thanks in advance for any enlights on the matter. OK. Here's the story. When you're running a DOS application, you're using an Icon built into the Windows binaries for a DOS application. Any Icon you create for the Program manager only applies to the program manager. The program itself decides what the icon will be when that application is minimized. Now, in the case of Windows programs, you'll be able to change that icon whenever Whitewater finally finishes the Resource Toolkit for Windows 3.0. As for Dos applications, you're stuck with the DOS icon and there's really nothing that can be done about it. Patrick -- "What's in a name?
