Hi!

The WinExec is a new function in Windows SDK version 3.0 .  I suppose you
have a version earlier than that.  (You can use WinExec with Windows SDK
version 2.0, though, if you IMPORT it in the program's .DEF file.  It is
imported as KERNEL.166, and it takes two parameters, LPSTR lpszCmdLine and
int nCmdShow .  A failure to load the program is indicated by a return
value less than 32 .  There's more info in the Programmer's Reference Guide
for Windows SDK 3.0
