I am a novice Win 3.0 user and need some help now: how can I download
the file from Unix to PC using xmodem(or kermit) in Win 3.0 terminal?

There is, of course, 'Transfers' utility in terminal screen, but it seems
always ask for file name on PC, I don't know how to start it.
