For information and location call the Cochlear Implant Hotline 1-800-458-4999 V/TDD. When you are accepted as a candidate, they have staff, whose sole job is convincing the health insurance companies to pay some if not all of the costs involved. Keep us all posted. You just might be the first one here in SilentTalk to have the Cochlear Implant.
