I have a deaf-blind friend whose only means of communication is face to face and via TDD. She needs a computer!!! She needs to communicate with a wider world. She doesn't have a job because her health doesn't permit it. But, does this mean that she shouldn't acquire equipment if she needs it? See you on-line. Ann P. P.S. And yes, I could stand some more equipment here, but I will not burden the issue.
