That is why they believe I should use sick leave. I agree with you that it should be administrative leave, the problem is that another blind person in my building did use four weeks of her sick leave and did not fight, so it makes it that much harder to me to fight alone, although I have the NFB fighting with me. I think that training should be the same for everyone and not depend on the progressiveness of your suppervisor.
