	Has anyone managed to get the nntp mini-inews and Pnews to behave
correctly with Cnews when Cnews says "out of space", or the group(s)
being posted to don't exist ? Under the current order, it seems that any
such articles vanish into the data-sink (or rather, get ripped to shreds
by anne jones and left lying in /tmp).

	Cnews' inews is painfully slow - I've considered just hacking a
wrapper that pastes on a Message-ID and hands it to relaynews, assuming
Pnews has it "right" :) - or is this too horrible to contemplate ? As
it stands now, with our news machine, the "are you sure you want to post?"
question should be changed to "do you have time to wait for inews?" :)
A simple cut of the relaynews hack takes much less time to execute.
