Hi there world of tasty edible stuff.

I'm here in Texas in a small town and haven't been able to get
my staple of good Japanese food.  I'm sick of hacking around
and making bad Teriyaki sauce sooooo...  Who's got a REAL recipe
for it?  I'll just have to fly back to California for my sushi
fix...

And I've also been hacking at my wok.  I have decent sense of
what to mix when but this guessing stuff has got to go so
I was wondering about a good old chicken lo mein dish?

Anybody got anything???  Or does anybody know how to access
the network lists so I don't have to learn myself?
