The noodles were soft and square, and appeared to have been sauteed after boiling, and were chewy/crunchy browned in spots. The sauce was brown and savory, and contined mushrooms, vegetables, and various meats. This is one of the tastiest dishes I have ever had. Does anyone have a recipe for this? The sauce seemed to me to be the most important part. I could do without most or all of the meat... Thanks a lot! Renee P Mattie mattie@sun0.chem.upenn.edu
