I am looking for a supplier of low noise Germanium Transitors for small
signal amplification.
Such components should still perform nicely at cryogenic temperature
(Liquid Helium) whereas Silicon is generally limited to (liquid Nitrogen).
Since the outburst of Silicon, Germanium have been put aside and rare
are (if any) such suppliers.
