I have missed most of the debate but if this Bill is the swedish anti-tank
missile, then I can with surety state that Bill is NOT a laser beam-rider.
It is a SACLOS (semi-automatic command to line-of-sight) missile.
I can state this because I was a member of a project concerning Bill and
future upgrades.
