Dear EMBL database staff

	In November 89 you accepted our submission and assigned an accession
no X17069.

We now have some 10% more of the same sequence and wish to submit the
addtional bases.

Our question is :- How do we do this, fill out the original form and resubmit,
or is there an alternative 'modification/correction form?

Would you please advise us on this issue.
