Are there any AI simulators (Neural network, etc) existing for
the IBM PC series (286 or above?) that would be appropriate for a 
person interested in the AI feild to experiment with?
 
Also, can anyone suggest a book on AI and Neural nets that someone with 
no experience in the feild could understand?
