         I am having trouble finding the Daniel Alkon paper :

Dynamically Stable Associative Learning : A biologically motivated 
artificial neural network. It is in the IJCNN June 1989 v.2 collection of
papers, our library doesn't have it (as usual). If anyone has it on-line
please send it to me.

     I am also interested in any postsynaptic models and any references 
would be greatly appreciated, especially a paper that compares pre and 
postsynaptic models, or any paper on synapses in general.
