Its only 35k. I second that request. If you have Internet connectivity, just pick it up by anonymous ftp from cs.toronto.edu as doc/programming/c-news.tbl.ms. There's also a formatted PostScript version and an nroff'ed version (c-news.ps and c-news.doc). FTP outside peak hours (noon-5pm Eastern time) is preferred. Perhaps osu-cis or uunet would like to stash copies with the C News distribution for people without Internet access. Mark.
