If I request these files via the email list server at NODAK.EDU,
which would require the least bandwidth?  When I send a request,
I request the UUENCODED option.

    SIMIBM.ARC    B  266981  
    SIMIBM.IDX    A  469226  

SIMIBM.IDX is the only file I want.  Would it be compressed before
being UUENCODED and sent?
