	Can anyone tell me where I can find the MNP protocols
defined?  I've been told that MNP 5 and above require a licence,
but that 4 and below have been released to the public.  I'm
looking at implementing MNP for the Amiga, with MNP transparently
altering what gets sent to the serial port.
