They make alot of interesting PC based telephone interface cards (DID Interfaces, etc). They used to make a two-line card, too. But, I don't know if they're still selling it. If you go with it and need software, I've written alot of software and hardware drivers for it, and have even made proprietary hardware mods to the board. Be happy to pass it on if you like.
