I have been having problems with the installation of emacs on a 
Sparcstation 1+ running 4.1. It seems that initially I had a problem
with two _start() routines being declared. Commenting out the offending
code, I now have problems with getenv() calls.....   Has anybody out
there installed emacs on such a system? And if so, could I pick your
brain????   Thanks...
