I have made enhancements to c-fill.el and have tried to locate the
original author before posting.

1)	Does anyone know where he is?
2)	Does anyone know if my enhancements have already been done?
3)	Does anyone one want them (or care)?  I will post if enough
	interest.

I have added:
1)	Ability to enter and leave C comment mode.
2)	Conversion of single line comments into multi-line
	comments and appropriate re-arrangement of closing "*/".
3)	Fix for re-mapping "\r" on exit and getting out fill
	and recursive edit modes.
