	I'm looking for software(libraries preferred) that will
	do CCITT Group IV compression, scaling, and rotation that
	will run on Unix System V. Any leads would be appreciated.
	What would really be nice is to do this in hardware.  Does
	anybody know of a AT BUS card that does this and run under
	System V.  Thanks for the response!
