I seek the digitized cranium of a human skull.

I have a bunch of EEG readings at different points on the skull.  I would 
like to display a surface, but I only have the 2-D projection of the 
electrode patterns and some pairwise distances.  Having a digitized 
cranium would help me recreate an approximation of the shape.  It only 
needs to be approximate.
